SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jackson

Room was very nice and clean, but the bed was a little firm and the refrigerator would only stay on 2 hours at a time. Who wants to have to reset it every 2 hours. I've never seen an extended stay motel with a refrigerator that would not stay on, which is not good if you wanted to keep any food in it or keep drinks cold. Terrible idea and need to be fixed. I had to throw warm food away.

Really happy with my stay. I spend lots of time in hotels and typically the Marriott brands. This was better then residence Inn and Fairfield in my opinion. Rooms are modern and it was quiet. Gym was basic. Bench, dumbbells and treadmills and stair climber. Wish there was a cable machine. Location was good and safe. Would stay again

Hotel is brand new and rooms a spacious and nice. One odd thing is I had to go into the shower, close the door to reach the water handle - spraying me with cold water while I wait for it to warm up… door wouldn’t open outward. IMO they designed shower all wrong - other than this everything was perfect.

The staff is wonderful. Our check in was quick and she was smiling the whole time. Went to dinner and still a smiling face to welcome us back. The breakfast was very good. You should find something you will like to eat. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

I travel a lot, too often, and this is the only place I will stay when I am near Jackson. Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and well appointed. Definitely worth it. I enjoy my stays there very much, sleep like I was in my own home

Stayed here for a night on our way to the Smoky Mountains and found it to be a great value as opposed to staying in a larger city like Nashville. Everything is pretty new and we loved the modern design and layout of the room we stayed in. The location is nice and secluded if you want your vehicle to be safe but it has all amenities i.e. shopping, dining etc. within convenient proximity, walking distance even. Breakfast was decent and on par with most complimentary ones with a fair selection to pick from. I normally don’t leave reviews for hotels but I really liked this place and enjoyed the stay here. The bed was noticeably more comfortable than the $1.4M AirBnB we stayed in for the following 6 days. I got lucky and was able to keep an eye on where I parked my car from our room window without even getting out of bed so we made a funny video out of it that I will include. The property is right next to I40 but with the window HVAC unit running it drowns out pretty much all traffic noise and it was right next to the bed which is perfect for cold sleepers! All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. No complaints would stay here again!

Breakfast was great. The lady providing breakfast did an amazing job. She provided clean area and amazing options. She put the customers first and positive. The front desk was very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Had a wedding party and they kept us all on the same floor was really nice for hanging out with each other.

King room with trundle option. The front desk staff was friendly. I noticed a gross stain on my comforter and they replaced it with a clean blanket. There's construction on either side plus the interstate so it's a busy area. The hotel room was otherwise clean, nice breakfast. We had some issues with closing the shower door, it just needs maintenance. The trundle bed/couch needed surface cleaning, but we didn't need to use it. Minor concerns, I would still recommend.
